OFICINA
GARCÍA CABRERIZO was founded in 1940 by Mr. Francisco
García López, an Industrial Property agent who
developed a wide work of diffusion and defence of Industrial
Property from the beginning of his professional career.
Our current President of Honour,
Mr. Francisco García Cabrerizo, expanded the prestige
of the Firm to an international level, allowing the constant
and sustainable growth of the Agency and consolidating our position
among the most important and prestigious agencies of Industrial
Property.
Through the years, OFICINA GARCÍA
CABRERIZO, has been pioneer in the national organization of exhibitions
on inventions and has always been supported by the different
Public Authorities.
In 1973 the office organized
the First Monographic Exhibition of Spanish Inventions that was
held in Spain, in the gardens of Retiro Park in Madrid, and counted
with the participation of the most prestigious firms linked to
national inventions.
It also organized the Exhibition
on Inventions ’82, held in the Colón Cultural Centre
in the capital city of Spain, with a great success in participation
and public attendance.
The office is currently assessing
different projects with the aim of facilitating and promoting,
beyond its professional activity as an office specialized in
Intellectual and Industrial Property, the diffusion of Spanish
inventions. From its foundation, we are the Official Delegates
for Spain of the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva.
Under its current presidency,
held by Mr. Pedro García Cabrerizo, our organization has
consolidated its market position both nationally and abroad and
it is now open to modern sectors of intellectual and industrial
property, such as Biotechnology, Internet domains, computer programs,
etc.
It is important to highlight
in this period the constitution of an affiliate company, GARCÍA
CABRERIZO, S. L. U., which is specifically aimed at providing
personalized assistance of the highest level to our clients;
as well as the boost given to the legal consultancy department
in order to embrace new issues related to Intellectual and
Industrial Property.
